Wireless Glove Integrity Tester Features: It wirelessly connects to a PC through WIFI, facilitating the wireless transmission of detection data. Equipped with robust upper computer management software, it efficiently manages multiple detection units simultaneously. Leveraging RFID chip technology, the glove number is automatically identified and included in the test results. Compliant with IP65 protection standards, it allows for convenient equipment disinfection and cleaning. Multiple preset schemes are available to meet the testing requirements for gloves of diverse specifications and materials. The pressure detection range extends to 3000Pa, encompassing all glove detection pressures. Incorporates a built-in specialized sanitary air pump for inflating gloves/cuffs. Automatically monitors pressure in the inflatable sealing ring and the glove during testing. Utilizes a small, frequent air intake strategy, ensuring uniform air intake speed in the glove to prevent deformation. Features a color touch screen and user-friendly interface, capable of automatically selecting and matching the testing program that best suits the current glove based on different test parameters, while displaying the date and time. Designed for easy mobility, portability, and swift connection. Historical records can be wirelessly transmitted, stored, and easily accessed for reference.
