HC Series

HC-100/P and HC-100/VFL models are specialized furnace monitoring system designed specifically for use in combustion chambers within the steel industry such as cold rolling mills and galvanizing strip lines etc. The unique feature of this model is that halogen light are housed within a probe along with lens tube and control the light intensity as per requirement. HC-100/P model is equipped with a water-cooling system for pinhole lenses, and uses compressed nitrogen or air for camera cooling. This setup creates an air curtain in front of the lens opening, effectively preventing lens erosion caused by high temperatures and furnace flames. This system inserted in the furnace wall. HC-100/ VFL model is required conical hole opening in furnace wall. The camera system can be firmly mounted to the outer wall, enabling direct observation of material, surface conditions, and combustion.
