Full description

The bimetal thermometer elbow mounting is for thermometer indication at local temperatures. Possible applications depend on situations including straight mounting restrictions or limited visibility of the dial. The principle of the bimetal-strip thermometer is based on the thermal expansion and contraction of two metals bonding together in a strip. This mechanism drives the contact pointer over the scale. With stainless steel body, ±1.0% full-scale accuracy, and temperature ranges to 600°C, these thermometers are suitable for liquid, gas, oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, food, and industrial applications. • All stainless steel welded construction • Accuracy as per Class 1 • Dry / Fillable / Liquid filled • Follows EN 13190 / ASME B40.200
