Full description

The BCC-A series fully automatic colony counter employs a fully enclosed dark chamber imaging system, completely eliminating the impact of stray light on imaging quality. The lighting is soft, uniform, free of glare and dark spots. It also utilizes professional light sources, ensuring the illumination closely approximates natural light to accurately restore the true color of colonies. A high-definition camera combined with high-fidelity lenses meticulously captures the detailed features of every tiny colony. Equipped with an AI-based counting algorithm, it instantly completes counting. The professional ColonyAnalyse software enables complex image analysis and processing, including multi-type counting, image segmentation, colony annotation, data storage, and report printing. The optional lamp box can be fitted with multi-wavelength UV lamps, featuring fluorescence detection and sterilization functions, making your work more efficient and straightforward. Bacterial Colony Counter Feature: 1. Fully enclosed steel imaging box: The inner walls are blackened and frosted to eliminate reflections, hotspots, and optical artifacts. It features excellent sealing performance, effectively eliminating interference from other stray light sources. 2. Sample imaging tray: made of high transparency, high-quality, ultra white optical glass, capable of supporting petri dishes with a maximum diameter of 110 mm. 3. Imaging box door: It adopts an up-and-down sliding aluminum alloy partition door, which is professionally sealed to completely isolate light. It also contains sliding damping components, and the door panel can stay at any opening degree. 4. Control panel: contains 7 control buttons, including light intensity, upper light source, lower light source, switch, UV-01, UV-02, and UV-03. The upper and lower light sources can be turned on and off separately; It can also be opened and closed simultaneously; The light intensity can be adjusted in two levels: high and low for the upper light source, and high and low for the lower light source. 5. Data interface: Dustproof independent USB 3.0 interface. 6. Whole dish colony statistics: can directly display 6 items of information, including measured area, total colony count, inner diameter of the dish, colony count converted by inner diameter, sample dilution, and colony count converted by dilution. 7. Integrated ColonyAnalyze Software: ColonyAnalyze software has multiple built-in algorithms that can recognize and perform complex statistics on different colored culture media and colonies with different characteristics. It also has a sensitivity adjustment button, allowing users to achieve the desired statistical effect by adjusting sensitivity. Its functions include: (1)Statistical Region: ColonyAnalyze software can achieve the function of selecting statistical areas for circles, squares, and polygons. Users can select different shapes to calculate the required petri dish areas. (2)Adhesive segmentation: ColonyAnalyze s
